I have problem with monitor without panel ,start backlight when i install flat cable on panel button blinking,but no picture no back light , like short some where ..After that I install different screen panel and start normal turn on ,I have check 5v drop down when I connect on panel cable ..What I can check more ? PS I from lab power supply connect 5V direct on pin of screen but no short about 0.16A.. |

did you check power board capacitors ? |

Yes i did everything is ok,when i put second one panel normal turn on.. |

I think that is wrong(CT1102) ,when I put up 3 leg no short anymore ,but also only white screen no picture ,maybe can some one tell me i m write or not ?I left datasheet.. |

I have short in this place ,i removed and i put power supply 3V ,nothing is hot also, I add Amper more then 5 ,showing short but i cant find out ..Very strange problem.. |

if you have short - you should find there is. it may be one from ceramic capacitors.. |

IC3 by Q7 produce from input voltage on pin3 output voltage on C71. Look schematic - line from pin3 IC3 connected to many other components. Check it... |
