hello, does anyone know why ma 245HQ does randomly not start (waiting for a while helps)? Power supply is ok. If it try to reflow the MST8230V LF it works for a while. But I can't get the heatsink apart from the PCB, so the temperature is maybe not high enough for a correct reflow soldering. |
