Hi all It is my first post on this forum, so if it is in wrong place please forgive me. I have problem with motherboard from Toshiba C55A, I need to read Windows Key from damaged dump bios, and write it to the working dump  . Is anyone have idea how to find Windows 8 key from bios dump in this model? Key is not visible in hex editor. Motherboard type is: DB10BM-6050A2623101-MB-A02 and IC is: 25Q64FWSIG Any idea? Thanks for reply. Well, is not so easy. I know how to find and edit Windows Key in other motherboards, but not on this one  I have tried to find via: Hex editor 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 1d 00 00 00 Total Commander \w\w\w\w\w-\w\w\w\w\w-\w\w\w\w\w-\w\w\w\w\w-\w\w\w\w\w but, everything what I can find is: model number, serial number, but no Windows Key Working dump (from working motherboard) also has a Windows key (checked by RW Ewerything program) and I know Windows key, but I can not find it in bios dump via Hex editor |
