Hello everyone, I've spent 3 days on this laptop and I'm at my wits end.The initial fault was a burnt PU01 (RT9069-33GB) and PUB02 (TC7SH08FU), and upon replacement, laptop works and charges the battery. The issue now is that, when laptop is powered from battery, it shows 'Charger Unknown', instead of 'Charger not Detected' in bios, and when charger is connected, it shows correct wattage and charges the battery, but when charger is disconnected, it still shows charger as connected and is seemingly charging and shows charger wattage in bios, as well as charging LED indicator is on. Indicator stays lit even if the laptop is off and charger is disconnected. I've replaced Charge IC and checked all resistors and mosfets and capacitors in the power chain... only thing I've not been able to replace is the EC (MEC1416-NU), since I don't have a replacement. could it be the EC controller? Any signals I should investigate? Any help will be appreciated.
