I have a Dell XPS 9300.
When i got it, it showed Dell Logo but without Backlight. I replaced USB-C charge IC and a and Gate (SIO_SLP_S3# & RUN_ON_EC = RUN_ON_P).
Now it turns on most of the time (with Backlight) and shows Dell Logo and reboots, i can't enter BIOS. Sometimes it still shows Dell logo without Backlight, if it does this, it has no VCCIN Voltage on CPU. It helps to connect IMVP_VR_ON_EN to external 1V to get CPU Voltage.
On the Board, UC22 Chip heats up to more than 100°C, and it's output VCC1P8A_EN only has around 800mV. UC12 and UC27 also heat up, and the Output Voltage is too low. Should i order and replace those Chips, or is it another Problem?
I don't know where to find a working bios, maybe there is a BIOS issue?

What is a chips?
800 mA on 1.8 is unnormaly.
