Hi friends i received dell 1510 with back light problem,the problem was bad high voltage,
i changed it by mistake with wrong one,then the ec controller (kb926c0) damaged , so i changed it.
Now system works but freezing while o.s booting up.
kb926co changed again.
bios updated.
cpu - ram changed.
h.d.d changed.
voltages seem true.
gpu chipset resolded.
trying to install new o.s , freezing again.
i really confused about this , i need helps .

check Cpu voltage with Osciloscope. Maybe Filter Capacitors of are out of characteristics or not enough power for CPU.

Change south bridge 801hbm solved the problem.
