the case is a latitude E6430. when i connect dc power, at first it shows 0.14 amps.then after a few seconds it goes to 0.01.
now when i switch the power on click,the current goes to 0.65 amps.
all voltages are ok except VGACORE on pl704.
i replaced the pu700 and checked all mosfets but nothing changed.
i will attach the schematic .
