When opening the source I noticed that someone tried to correct the source because one of the 817 photoaclobler was scrambled, of the 4 that exist besides there are broken trails .

I recovered this part of the circuit believing I had done the right thing but when turning on the power supply it still does not work.

This Dell power supply uses the FAN4800A integrated circuit as well as the Weltrend T7525 at the source input, and the (apm3109, APM3116, APW7164) located near the power supply output.

I researched the internet and found on the site:
Http://www.rom.by/forum/Sgorel_Chikoni_CPB09-D220A the same plate seen from the bottom of the same source that is damaged for the attempt to repair.

As You see in http://www.rom.by/forum/Sgorel_Chikoni_CPB09-D220A the reason of accident was bulbed primary capacitor. Usually in this occasions a lot of elements was destroyed in primary. We don`t know cause of Your incident.
