OK, here i got laptop Fujitsu LifeBook NH532

Had bios corruption, managed to reset bios by resetting CMOS

Then assembled the laptop and the problem occured. When i put 2gb memory inside of the RAM slot (has 2 ram slots) it works, but when put another memory inside, will not show picture.
also, when i put single 4gb ram module in any slot, there is no picture.

i have tried all 1.5v memory ( guess its 1.5v couse i can see 1.5v on ram slot)
another problem is that the graphic card (intel 4000 from cpu and nvidia 640m le ) when running windows 10 and instal any version of nvidia drivers laptop will FREEZE , only will work on win 8 or win 7. (guess fujitsu driver support is crap)

anyways, can anyone tell me why isnt this laptop working with 2x2gb ddr3? or 1x4gb ddr3? i did not get any memory with the laptop ... any suggestions? help please.

First of all you should specify platform of notebook. Try install good CPU (may be it solve problem with RAM modules).

Current processor is i5 3230m (processor which came with laptop )

i have installed windows 7 now and everything works just cant instal more then 2gb memory single channel :D

any ideas? i can try to replace the cpu and then try to instal more memory. i have opened the laptop , inspected the chips, but nothing looks burned.

maybe i should try to update bios?

ok, changed cpu to i3 3130m and i7-3630qm , works fine but again cant get more then 2 gb memory :D

really dont know what could it be?

gonna try to upgrade the bios next. any other useful opinions guys? anyone?

guess its not the problem with memory power supply couse 2gb works ok in any slot... also have tried ddr3 L and ddr3 1.5v memory...
