i have 4 new motherboards with same problem
crt wotking fine but there is no LVDS
matrix turns on but its just backlight and black screen
i tried another cpu,ram,lcd and lcd cable tested
flashing bios not help
another motherboard work good in this setup

+LCDVDD= 3.3V
LCD_TST=3.3V
LCD_CBL_DET#=0V
LID_SW#=3.3V

any idea?

Check the voltages of the lines:
DISPOFF#
INVT_PWM

Anything, write me to DM

The voltages seem to be fine. I guess you're not testing the same display flex on all boards, right?...
Could you attach photos of the display with the light in the room turned off?

when i connect this matrix and lcd cable to working one, display works normally

If you have a 100% functional board, you can take advantage and measure all the pins in diode mode, write them down and compare them with the other boards. Do the same with the voltages. You will surely find some difference
