I received this ZOTAC RTX 3060 Twin Edge OC 12gb

All the voltage are present. Card is not detected.
I check if BIOS (one single chip) is accessed and no, it's not accessed.

I also checked first transmission pair (backward riser insertion??) .... diode mode, both 1,8v ... seems good.

Tomorrow I will check the crystal .... if crystal is good, I think I run out of ideas.

Any tips?

PERST# is open .... tested in diode mode. Doesn't look good to me.

Maybe I am on something ....

I found u512 and u513 .... luckily, it seems zotac follow the same schematics as gigabyte (so probably it's nvidia reference)



But as you can see below, u512 is not present. And looking at the board, it seems as it has never been there.
But, there are two pads looking weird. And this could be the missing 0.05 ohm resistor (r711).



So, I suppose that installing the resistor, should bypass the missing u512 and pex_rst should be restored.

But I wonder if I'm missing something. If I put there a 0 ohm resistor, could I do any damage? What is the purpose of u512?
They look as they are level translator.
