HP dv5-2074dx (ST145i(PELE)-Calpella-UMA) Not Booting

I have HP dv5-2074dx with a strange problem.

01. Power line s are ok.
02.When i pressed power button it turns on
03.After few seconds caps lock blinks but randomly (no code, random blinks)
04.Fan spins at full speed with loud noise.
05.No display.

Any Suggestions?

Check all voltages, reflash BIOS

Yes that is the strange thing. I cannot say its blinking in proper frequent. it gives random blinks. I am looking forward to reflash BIOS as you said.

Disconnent keyboard, touch, etc too.

I tried every possible basic strategies such as replacing/removing CPU, RAM,HDD,KYB,Touch,DVDRW,Wireless card... nothing changed.
Final most acceptable thing is reflashing BIOS and I have ordered new USB BIOS programmer from ebay. Will do the reprogramming when it came here.

It was success after flashing BIOS. It is same like CQ61. Corrupted BIOS shows symptoms like this laptop had. Thanks MSF113
