we have a little situation here :)
There is Dell Inspiron M5030 on the desk.
Mobo is Wistron DJ2 48.4em18.011
Problem - when insert main battery or adapter, power led (led in the power button) lights and notebook doesn't power on. All the times, when I have this, problem was in the multicontroller (in this case NUVOTON NPCE781BA0DX). So, I replace the multicontroller, but problem exist.
3.3 and 5 volts present. 3.3v on bios also.
I try something else, which make me wonder - remove main and rtc battery and plug only power adapter. Notebook powers on by itself, post, and continue with OS loading.
Notebook works till shutdown. After shutdown, power button led lights, and notebook doesn't start.. So I have to remove power adapter again..
Does anybody have such problem?

Hi, flashing bios didn't help. I also replace bios chip with another, but nothing happens

I think this mobo will go to a trash..
After this problem, there are 7 beeps after power on (northbridge), and I think power button board is broken also.
Thanks for help, will order new board from dell.
