If you have an external programmer, make a backup of your motherboard bios, and upload it. I will try to convert for you.

Bios updates from Asus are in a new format, (·.cap rather than .rom or .bin) so you can't program it without modifications.

You can try also the method used in the following screen capture:

Then you can buy an easy and inexpensive usb external programmer, and reprogram the bios with it.
