Assistance needed, board consumes .050ma even when power button pressed, after power button pressed, power led comes on but same current drawn.
Bios has been flashed a few times with different dumps, Sio has been reflashed a few times and exchanged for new one still same.

D+ is 41 ohm

Change the processor, this is a typical malfunction for this platform. The reason is the lack of protection over USB
