I need to replace it but can't find more info.

first digits it's look like A6, A5 (mosfets like on green Asus logic boards) or E4 GUB GUE VUA etc.
You can take any donor N-Channel mosfeet in same fit with Vds 30V, near Rds 9 mOhms, Id 48A

I've already tried AON7200 (8mOhms 40A) and got distorted images on screen. I was thinking that maybe the mosfet couldn't handle the current required for the CPU (or I have a bad CPU).

BTW, I guess the real code is "I" I6, since the low side mosfet is an J5, Couldn't find any info about the mosfet anyway (better pictures attached).

I don't have the P0903BEA, but I'll try to find some equivalent.
