While It can be a bad gpu, the most common reason for error in device manager with rx470/480/570/580 is non-AMD-signed custom mining-optimized VBIOS.
The simplest way to verify if it is the reason is patching amd driver:
Download atikmdag-patcher.exe from
https://sourceforge.net/projects/amd-at ... her/files/
Rename it to atikmdag-patcher-bios.exe
Run, accept patching, reboot computer
If Card&driver is working fine after reboot - the reason is only in non-signed VBIOS.
Run atikmdag-patcher-bios.exe again, undo the patch.
Reboot computer - the yellow triangle appear again (to reproduce the issue).
Download VBIOS from techpowerup, and just flash it from windows
Reboot again.
If the VBIOS is signed and corresponds to the gpu - all will be working fine (if not - try another VBIOS from techpowerup)
After checking that found&flashed VBIOS is good - use card's mechanical switch to select another ROM chip and flash from windows again
The initial step with atikmdag-patcher-bios.exe is important stage of diagnostics: it allows to become 100% sure that the problem is reasoned ONLY by signature check before starting to trying different VBIOSes from techpowerup.
Thanks for the reply. I tried what you recommended on the already installed driver (Date:01/13/2020 Version:26.20.15011.10003 beta) but after reboot, unfortunately, the same yellow triangle appeared and the result is the same. You think I should try an older version driver or try flashing different VBIOS?
