Hi guys. Card model is gv-n960oc-4gd. Card is starting up but on a screen you can see "please power down ......". There is no short at any vcore mosfets all values are also same and correct. There is almost 1v at all vcore coils but only one (bottom one which take power form pcie slot) gives correct osciloscope signal, the rest 3 coils give flat signal. I have replace ina 3221 but no change. Looks like PWM controler doesnt want to turn on rest of a missing phases. It is NCP81174 and only G1 output gives a correct value (~0,5 volt) which operate a bottom phase, rest G2,G3,G4 output give around ~1,4 volt which i belive dont turn rest of the missing phases on. There is no missing components at the board beside one which i am not sure 100% is it missing or it should be empty (look at picture). A week ago i had similiar problem with asus strix gtx 980. There are 8 phases 7 working and 1 was not and same "please power down...." I had to give up on it after i have changed ina 3221, pwm controler, and phase driver and also everything was looking fine beside that at the last not working phase pwm controler was giving 3.3 v signal to the driver and to the rest working ones it was around 0.2 v as i remember. Please advice where should i look coz i am out of any more ideas. Thank you
