Hello there...have anyone an good contact directly to nVidia or an engineer from nVidia so there is a minimal chance to become a new Titan XP GPU ?
i have buy a TitanXP, with is no longer in warranty (watercooling was installed + cannot find the invoice from nVidia) but it have a direct short between 1.8V rail and GPU vCore
when i apply my powerSupply to the 1.8V Rail, current draws up to 5A @ 0,8V, and GPU gets warm up instantly to 30°C in the lower left site from crystal itself (thermal camera checked)

what can i do anymore?
