the card features artifacts, the mat report shows only 4 modules, so the card has 8 in front layer and 8 in back layer.

То есть вы хотите сказать, что Блок А0 не состоит из 4-х банок памяти ?

Я такого не говорил. Вопрос был о том, какие чипы памяти из 16 менять, чтоб исправить ошибки по А0, а не обозначить 8 из 16-ти...

Corresponding between Mats output and physcial modules can be found by manually introducing errors:

• Carefully remove colored UF mask over small part of a signal trace between gpu and memory module, so that copper trace is visible
• While mats running randomly connect and disconnect a probe (multimeter or ocsilloscope) to a trace. It has non-zero capacity, si doing it introduces error into the data between memory and gpu.
• See mats output - new errors should appear for some memory channel. If no new erros appered - chances are that a trace to already dead module was chosen, select trace to another module.

I do not have a gt 630 card in mats. lspci has it as a vga compatible controller
