Please help identify this mosfet in the white circle, mosfet marked code "B2 GNB 3p0m03"

Symptoms were no power leds, no reaction to power button, charging led continuously blinks white/amber..

There was 3.3v on power button, found that Q0503 has 5.16v on D&S and that "B2 GNB 3p0m03" mosfet doesn't ring to Q0503..

"B2 GNB 3p0m03" found shorted and burned pcb beneath where it connects to Q0503, I've repaired the pcb and installed B20P03 and the laptop started..

A new problem appeared, CPU fan is working but changes speeds from mid to high continuously with a BIOS message of a failing fan, where to dig now ?

Nevermind, the owner accepted it as long as the fan works..
