I have a Gigabyte RTX2070 here that will boot in Safe Mode, but hangs/freezes the system any time the driver tries to load. The picture is perfect, no artifacts. I have run MATS many many times, and have never generated an error.

I have tried to run MODS, but the same problem occurs. System will freeze. It does not matter what MODS test I try to run. I manually reflashed the BIOS using an EEPROM programmer. No difference.

The voltage ripple on Vcore (NVVDD) seems normal at idle. Screenshot is at the link above.

Many people have told me that it sounds like a VRAM memory fault. If that is the case, how do I determine which VRAM module is faulty?
