I have an xfx 470 8gb with black fans, received from a friend, who tried to change his bios, but unfortunately did not save a backup to the original bios.
I took the original bios from another identical video card. I uploaded it using the ch341a program
But the video card does not have clock and memory in windows or in hiveos (linux)

If the driver won't be installed then it will show 0 gpu clock and 0 memory clock.
If it happened after after bios update then the software of bios will be faulty.

try to flash this bios and tell us about the result.

I installed the driver 10 times. I deleted it completely, then reinstalled it.
I mention that I still have an rx 470 xfx 8gb that it works.

I've already uploaded that bios from the link. And I've tested others and they look the same.
I tried to upload the bios through the hiveos, but the same problem.
