I need a clear picture of these two areas. Another mechanic messed up the area. BQ 24780S area and bottom face.

The problem is: there is have VCC (28pin) voltage but no ACN (1pin) and ACP (2pin) voltage. ACOK (5pin) is normal.

BQ24780 charging ICs are really disgusting.

because of input circuit mosfets are closed or load circuits has power shorting. Did you check all these?

looks like SY8270CTMC, but I'm not sure on 100%
