how will ı go ahead from there.? ı dont have schematic. ı controled bq24735 cmsrc 1.9 v acdrv 1.9 and acok signal is sometimes 8.8v sometimes 1.3v is the problem bq24735 ?

Yes they are the inputs fets, they name on schema are tr562 and tr554, then they are close, laptop doesn't turn on, not just no charging battery, send to your mail the second file

laptop turning on with ac adapter. there is no problem laptop works fine with ac adapter. but not charge adapter and plug in but not charging fault. any others help for me ?

First what you must do, is checking your battery in another working laptop, or check another battery in your laptop. Then if all will be not ok, you shold wright here the measurements of all pins bq24735 when battery is connected, and we together will thinking what is the problem
