Hi ..I need bios for DUAL-RX5700-O8G-EVO from techpowerup does not work ..I have code 43 ,no video I tried with tserver but does not do test..Maybe can someone write me command for tserver?Thanks

I this controller does not need flashing ...If there is red spot on controller should be flash done ..I have all phase I tested with oscilloscope ..Some memory bank is damage ,but I can't test because tserver does not support this model..I found on taobao new one tserver I think should do job ..https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=677015954184
I found that I dont have on 3.3 v on 12 pin EN2 ,maybe should be reason ..Logic smd I have on b 3.3 come from vrdy (4vand 11) ,vcc 3.3 but nothing on out..I change logic ,nothing change ..

Did you check shapes of all transients on the phases? I mean all phases, core, memory and other rails? Are you sure that they work?

yes I did with oscilloscope all they are fine ..After I notice that line 1.8 v was short..I remove GPU reball but short ..I must find GPU and change..

Are you sure it is GPU? Maybe a capacitor or something on the 1.8V rail ?

if i remove gpu short gone that is issue with gpu
