I did the backup n0 (SD memory card) of the samsung and on the LG K130F I did the factory reset. Only now I can't delete the google account email and password

it would remove the old google account so i can install all the apps on the lg K130F

You can transfer contacts via exporting them and WhatsApp via Google Drive or Exporting it via sd card.

you need to remove the FRP lock from the phone and if you have access to a google account, you can export contacts to vcard
