Здравствуйте! Карта 2060 Super 8GB от Palit, не видится материнкой. Из питаний есть только 5 и 1.8. В процессе поиска была найдена 5и ногая логика с маркировкой SJ, выход которой был в частичном КЗ - 10 Ом. После снятия логики сопротивление осталось. Подал туда 3.3 с лабораторника и нашёл микросхему с дыркой в корпусе. Маркировка 6J, находиться с обратной стороны платы рядом с HDMI. Вложение: WIN_20230206_17_06_28_Pro.jpg Подскажите, пожалуйста, что это такое? И логику тоже на всякий - есть подозрение что перегрел её пока снимал. Полноценно заниматься таким ремонтом только начинаю.

По итогу вот к чему пришёл: после снятия сгоревшего стабилизатора, на его выходе было КЗ в районе ома. Нашёл наиболее похожую схему от MSI GTX 1660 Super, и если правильно определил, это линия NV3V3. Подал туда с лабораторника 3.3 V, и дойдя по току примерно до ампера с чем-то, потребление упало... теперь там сопротивление стало 12 Ом. Сейчас, при поданных 3.3 становится чуть-тёплым GPU. Согласно той-же схеме, через нулевой резистор, NV3V3 подаётся в чип для питания USB_VDDP (USB порт из DisplayPort???). Тут-бы расстроится, но наткнулся на похожую тему, там в итоге человек просто снял нулевик и карта без питания этого USB успешно заработала. Подскажите, пожалуйста, где в моём случае находится этот нулевой резистор? Вложение: PalitRTX2060S_1.jpg Вложение: PalitRTX2060S_2.jpg На первом фото: 1 - та логика, выход которой по мимо прочего идёт на EN сгоревшего стабилизатора; 2 и 3 - найденные мной места линии NV3V3 на лицевой стороне. И в дополнение к замерам - у всех 16и линий PCI-E одинаковое падение напряжения - 0.35 лицевая сторона и 0.5 на керамике.

Снял нулевик - 12 Ом со стороны чипа. Теперь линия NV3V3 пришла в норму. Логика осталась целой, 3.3 выдаёт. Осталось дождаться заказанный стабилизатор. madking писал(а): там должны быть килоомы Действительно, линию 1.8 тоже кто-то просаживает, возможно сам GPU. И вероятно выводами USB_HVDD и USB_PLL_HVDD, если таковые здесь имеются. В общем, приедет стабилизатор, буду дальше смотреть.
