Bad Memory Channel or bad Mem chip?

I have 3 EVGA 2080 tis, and all 3 of them have memory errors on the first 8 bits of B0 (B000 - B007). Ive replaced the mem chip on 2 of them but they both still fail on the first 8 bits. Do I need to reflow the GPU?, or is there some cap that controls this?

I'm not sure how the chip works on 20 series card, but on 10 series cards, the first bits of memory are the internal memory cache of the GPU, I heard that you should not pay much attention to errors in the first bits. You need to check mats at least 400MB or more

Have you checked memory-to-gpu connection (voltage drop "diode test" on memory signal pads) before soldering new mem chip?

I mean the first 8 bits of the 32 bit memory bus, not the actual bytes in memory.

Do i need to just check the data lines on the PCB in diode mode to ground?

Posted after 2 hours 44 minutes 7 seconds:
I just checked all the lines on the bad chip and under a good chip, they all look inspec with around 0.27 V.
