Карта rx5500xt 8gb от sapphire, в момент захвата amd драйвера комп виснет (либо в процессе установки драйвера либо драйвер установлен и комп стартует). Пока драйвер не установлен, ОС загружается без проблем.
Все питания ОК, дифф линии тоже ОК. Есть идентичная другая рабочая карта, все замеры сравнивал все ОК.
Биос с рабочей карты был перепрошит в проблемную, не помогло.

Use it as a secondary card and try to read errors, maybe 43 maybe a different one. Run GPU-Z and show tabs one and two.

нагреть GPU то температуры плавления шаров и покачать... RX5500 ведуться на прогрев...

for concretization: The GPU i s detected, it is not necessary to be mounted as a secondary GPU. Display is connected to this problematic GPU and I have image. Only when I try to install AMD driver the PC freezes and nothing will happening till reset. During post test no errors. If driver is already installed, then the OS booting will go till the moment where the GPU drivers are loaded and the system frizzes.


one image with amdvbflash. I have updated one of GPU bioses with bios from my good working rx5500 card. Now, with switch in the middle the bios -S04 and with switch left position -S-05 bios.

First I would download a good bios from the techpowerup.com. Check the right bios for your model, memory type and so on. This is the first step what you have to do.
The nest step is to uninstall old driver using ddu tool from https://www.wagnardsoft.com. Reboot and use windows update without installing the latest drivers. Remove AMD folder first.
Next tell us what happened so we will diagnose further...

Проверьте токоизмерительные резисторы как вариант.
