i have a laptop here with this problem:

when buttery is pluged,nothing happen when press power key
with or without ac
charge led is on and use 0.18A

when only ac pluged,laptop turnes on
then when i plug battery,in windows says pluged in and charging

when unplug ac ,it stay on with battery just for secends

i flash bios &ec
replace bq24707 and KBC but nothing change

r296&r299 also exploded

do you have any idea?

Did you try other battery?

its same with other battery

There should be so called "one wire line". It detects if the battery is plugged in or not.
Usually the fault is caused by the one of the resistors on that line, so its not detecting and charging as it should.
Sorry I can't help you more am missing the schematic for this model.
